Chapter 6 · Fake Luna, Real Target
"So what's it gonna be, little spy?" Silas's forearm was already against my throat, not choking, just pinning. His body boxed me against the stone wall.
"Get off me," I hissed. My hands shoved at his chest and went nowhere. He didn't even budge.
"You have two options," he said, voice low and way too calm. "You play my Luna. Or you die as Klaus's little spy. Pick. Now."
"I'm not his spy," I snapped. My heart was hammering so loud I was sure he could feel it. "He sold me. You know he sold me."
"Yeah, and spies get sold all the time. Makes the cover better." His eyes dropped to my mouth, then back up. "So prove you're not. Play the part."
"Play what part?" My fingers curled into his shirt. I hated that I was shaking. "You want me to what, sit on your throne and wave?"
"I want you to walk into that hall and make every Alpha in this Ridge believe you're mine," he said. "Touch me like you mean it. Look at me like you want me. Lie with your whole body. Can you do that, Ivy?"
I swallowed.
