Is ReadNovelHub a real publisher?
ReadNovelHub is the English web-novel storefront of Qingting Vision Limited. We publish licensed romance and fantasy serials for North American readers at https://readnovelhub.com.
Can I read for free?
Yes. Opening chapters are free on every title. After the lock chapter, organic traffic can watch a short ad to unlock one chapter. Paid ad clicks stay on the VIP paywall.
What does VIP include?
VIP unlocks the rest of the catalog. Weekly VIP starts with a 3-day free trial ($0 today, then $9.90/week). Monthly VIP is $19.90. Annual VIP is $99.90. Cancel in one tap from Profile.
How do I cancel or change a card?
Open Profile and use Manage / cancel subscription. That opens the Stripe customer portal. If this device has no membership, use Look up billing by email on the same page.
Why do I see a guest_ email at checkout?
If you skip the optional email box we open Stripe with a private guest mailbox so you can start the trial without typing an address. You can add a real email later. Guest mailboxes are not a billing error.
Who do I email about a charge or a copyright claim?
Reader and billing questions go to support@readnovelhub.com. Copyright complaints go to copyright@readnovelhub.com. We do not run a phone hotline.
Where do my books go after I start reading?
Open Library in the bottom bar. That shelf is yours — it is not the full catalog. Home also keeps a Continue Reading card for the last chapter you opened.
Can I install ReadNovelHub on my phone?
Yes, from Profile. We only show the Add to Home Screen / PWA prompt there so the reader never covers a chapter. There is no separate iOS or Android store app yet.
