Is ReadNovelHub a real publisher?
ReadNovelHub is the English web-novel storefront of Qingting Vision Limited. We publish licensed romance and fantasy serials for North American readers at https://readnovelhub.com.
Can I read for free?
Yes. Opening chapters are free on every title. After the lock chapter, guests (anyone who did not arrive from a paid ad) can watch a short ad to unlock locked chapters. After they register they can spend coins; if coins run out they can watch another ad. Paid ad clicks stay on the VIP paywall.
What does VIP include?
VIP unlocks every book on the catalog — not a single title. Weekly VIP is $9.90/week. Monthly VIP is $14.90 (compare-at $19.90 is display only). Annual VIP is $99.90. Every plan is billed today. Cancel in one tap from Profile. The first lock is the VIP wall at that book's Peak 2 (or Hangzhou climax). Guests checkout without a register wall. Signup does not grant coins. Daily check-in is +10, and sharing to Facebook is +3 more. Balance and history are on Profile.
How do I cancel or change a card?
Open Profile and use Manage / cancel subscription. That opens the Stripe customer portal. If this device has no membership, use Look up billing by email on the same page.
Why do I see a guest_ email at checkout?
If you skip the optional email box we open Stripe with a private guest mailbox so you can start the trial without typing an address. You can add a real email later. Guest mailboxes are not a billing error.
Who do I email about a charge or a copyright claim?
Reader and billing questions go to [email protected]. Copyright complaints go to [email protected]. We do not run a phone hotline.
Where do my books go after I start reading?
Open Library in the bottom bar. That shelf is yours — it is not the full catalog. Home also keeps a Continue Reading card for the last chapter you opened.
Can I install ReadNovelHub on my phone?
Yes, from Profile. We only show the Add to Home Screen / PWA prompt there so the reader never covers a chapter. There is no separate iOS or Android store app yet.
