Email support

Write to support@readnovelhub.com. Include the email on the account (or the address used at checkout), what you need help with, and a Stripe invoice or payment ID if the question is about a charge.

Billing and cancellation

Open Profile and use Manage / cancel subscription to update a card or stop the next renewal in Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation is not retroactive; see the Refund Policy for when we may return a charge.

Privacy and account data

To request access or deletion of personal data, email support with the subject line "Privacy request". The Privacy Policy explains what we collect. Using the service is also subject to the Terms of Service.
