Refund Policy

ReadNovelHub is a digital reading service. The Weekly Pass costs $9.99 per week after the 3-day trial and renews automatically until canceled. Cancel before the next renewal in the Stripe billing portal to avoid the next charge.

Trial and renewal charges

The 3-day trial is not a free recurring subscription without a payment method: a payment method is collected at checkout, and the first $9.99 charge is attempted when the trial ends. If you forget to cancel, that charge is generally not refundable because access was made available. We display the trial end and renewal price in checkout and in the confirmation page.

When we may refund

We review duplicate charges, an unauthorized payment, a billing error, or a prolonged outage that prevented reasonable access. Contact support promptly with the account email, invoice ID, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

Cancellation is not retroactive

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically reverse a charge that has already settled. Use the account page to cancel, then contact support if you believe a refund exception applies.
