Refund Policy

ReadNovelHub is a digital reading service. Weekly VIP is $4.99/week, billed today. Monthly VIP is $6.99/month, billed today. Annual VIP is $69.99/year, charged in full at checkout. A single-book unlock is a one-time $4.99 payment, taxes included, and does not renew. You can cancel anytime in Profile or the Stripe billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal.

Renewal charges

Each plan is billed at checkout at the price shown there and renews at that price until canceled. A plan change starts at the end of the current period. Nothing is charged on the day you switch, and unused days are not credited. Members who joined at an earlier price keep that price until they cancel or switch. Members who started on an earlier free trial are not charged if they cancel before that trial ends. A settled charge, including a single-book unlock, is generally not refundable because access was made available.

When we may refund

We review duplicate charges, an unauthorized payment, a billing error, or a prolonged outage that prevented reasonable access. Contact support promptly with the account email, invoice ID, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

Cancellation is not retroactive

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically reverse a charge that has already settled. Use the account page to cancel, then contact support if you believe a refund exception applies.
