Synopsis
In a silent wasteland, a damaged two-and-a-half-meter mech finds a muddy French bulldog puppy and builds a home in an abandoned drive-in. Axel and Max is a wholesome found-family story: light science fiction, a healing pet, and a clumsy mechanical dad. No romance.
